CARBON CLEANER
Heavy Duty Carbon Cleaner Features
⮚ Cleans equipment by quickly dissolving deposits containing resin, carbon or oil.
⮚ Eliminates the need for hard scraping of dirt
⮚ It has no flammable properties.
⮚ It can be easily preferred because it does not show abrasive properties.
⮚ It is very cost-effective due to its concentrated structure.
⮚ Suitable for use on all hot or cold surfaces.
⮚ The rate of chemicals harmful to health is very low
ADVANTAGES OF HEAVY DUTY [CARBON CLEANER] CARBON CLEANER
Carbon Cleaner does not damage metal surfaces and does not allow corrosion to form. It also allows the dirt on the surface to be easily cleaned. Since it dissolves the structure of oil in oil-contaminated areas, it allows them to be cleaned easily.
Carbon Cleaner, which has a concentrated structure, can be used for a longer period of time and is very economical since it is diluted with water. Since it does not contain abrasive substances and additives harmful to health, its area of use is extremely wide. It does not leave a sticky layer on the applied surface, so there is no disturbing surface layer after cleaning. Since it can be used on all cold or hot surfaces, its application area is extremely wide.
HEAVY DUTY CARBON CLEANER [CARBON CLEANER] PROPERTIES
⮚ Cleans metal surfaces without causing corrosion.
⮚ Easily removes dirt and grease.
⮚ It has a concentrated structure that can be diluted with water.
⮚ No corrosive or harmful substances are used in its manufacture.
⮚ Can be used on all hot and cold surfaces.
AREAS OF USE FOR HEAVY DUTY [CARBON CLEANER] CARBON CLEANER
Glass molds
It can be safely used to clean carbonized and heavy oil surfaces of molds and machine parts used in the production of glass materials.
Rubber Industry Mold Cleaning
Oil and rubber residues can build up over time on the pressure surfaces of molds used in the rubber industry. The Carbon Cleaner can easily be used to clean all oil and rubber residues.
Meat, Poultry and Dairy Plants
Dirt and grease build up on the surfaces of machinery in meat, poultry and dairy plants over time. For this reason, heavy duty Carbon Cleaner can be safely used to clean machine surfaces.
Industrial Kitchens
It can be used safely to clean equipment such as stoves, hoods and floors used for cooking in kitchens.
WHAT IS HEAVY DUTY [CARBON CLEANER] CARBON CLEANER?
Heavy Duty Carbon Cleaner, which is highly effective in heavy conditions of industrial facilities, is one of the effective products that can be used in almost every field of industry. The general structure of heavy carbon cleaning chemicals is quite different from standard carbon and oil cleaning products. One of these differences is that they have a more complicated formulation.
The formulation used in the creation of the chemical gives the product the characteristic of being a heavier dirt, carbon and oil remover. Carbon remover chemicals can be produced in a form suitable for direct use or in a concentrated structure. The heavy duty carbon remover “Carbon Cleaner” is a concentrated cleaner. At the same time, depending on the surface to be treated, there are solvent, acid or alkaline based carbon remover products with a heavier structure.
How Carbon Accumulation Causes Problems in Vehicles?
● High levels of carbon build-up can lead to reduced cylinder compression in vehicles.
● May lead to a reduction in motor power.
● It may cause the vehicle to consume more fuel than normal.
● It may cause vehicle idling to deteriorate.
● It may cause a decrease in the starting speed.
● It may cause the vehicle to start more difficult in cold weather.
● Carbon build-up may be a factor in the engine running rough.
HEAVY DUTY CARBON CLEANER [CARBON CLEANER] GENERAL AREAS OF USE
Carbon remover Heavy Duty Carbon Cleaner is a product with more than one area of use. Being extremely powerful and reliable, it has a wide range of uses from production facilities to industrial factories.
Burnt Oils and Carbon Removal
Heavy oils and carbon formation may occur on machine parts over time. Heavy Duty Carbon Cleaner, which has heavy oil and carbon remover properties, is a preferred product for cleaning mineral residues and oil contamination. At the same time, it can be safely used in stainless steel molds, aluminum and zamak presses to clean all the remaining contamination.
HOW TO USE HEAVY DUTY [CARBON CLEANER] CARBON CLEANER?
The amount of Heavy Duty Carbon Remover Carbon Cleaner to be used in the cleaning process can vary depending on the desired level of cleaning and the degree of contamination of the surface. Due to its concentrated form, the ratio of the chemical can be adjusted to the desired level. It is recommended to check the instructions on the box before use. Carbon Cleaner can be used in three different ways: brushing, dipping or soaking.
Soaking Method
Soaking method is a very common method in industrial enterprises. During this process, the parts/equipment to be cleaned are placed in an appropriately sized bath containing a sufficient amount of carbon solvent. Smaller parts can be placed in a wire basket to prevent them from getting lost.
The waiting time for light dirt to be removed from the parts is approximately one hour. However, this time should be longer for heavy oil and carbon contamination. For this reason, it is recommended to soak the equipment/parts in heavy carbon cleaner until the dirt is dissolved. After the parts are cleaned as desired, they are removed from the bath and rinsed with a high pressure water jet system. This concludes the cleaning process.
Brushing Method
The Brushing Method is a very common method for carbon cleaners. This method is generally preferred for cleaning heavy and large equipment that cannot be lifted. A paint brush (not plastic) is used to clean dirty equipment using the brushing method. The brush is moistened with heavy carbon remover and the brushing process is continued until the equipment is cleaned as desired. After the cleaning process is complete, the parts of the equipment that came in contact with the cleaner should be cleaned with a wet cloth.
Immersion method
The immersion method is very reliable for cleaning residues such as carbon and heavy oil. Before starting the process, the plastic parts of the equipment to be cleaned are completely dismantled. Then, the equipment parts (except the plastics) are immersed in the heavy carbon remover, heavy duty Carbon Cleaner. A tub of appropriate size can be preferred for this process. The deposits on the parts in the tub should be allowed to soften and then brushed off.
THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN USING [CARBON CLEANER] HEAVY DUTY CARBON CLEANER
● When used indoors or exposed to a hot environment, the vapor generated can be uncomfortable.
● They have no corrosive properties, but it is recommended to avoid contact with plastic parts.
● They must be used in accordance with the instructions.
● The cleaning method to be used must be selected in accordance with the type of equipment/parts.
● When used in the food sector, they should not come into contact with food.
